We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our Institutional division, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales and service solutions to our customers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with tailored sales and service solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing our customer base and increasing revenue.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs, ensuring our customers' facilities are clean, safe, and healthy.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure that our customers' equipment is properly installed, maintained, and repaired.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service activities.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- At least 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings.
- Proof of Covid vaccination may be required based on client site requirements.
- No immigration sponsorship available.
- Previous business-to-business commercial sales experience.
- Industry-related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa.
- Mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical experience).
