Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, and perform data entry tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
