Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate in Sutton, ON. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a seamless shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately process customer transactions and maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise
  • Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to health and safety policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
