Retail Store Team Lead

Job Summary
Daisy Mart is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and be able to lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Assign sales associates to duties and tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales associates are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent experience in retail management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
