We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cement Finisher Foreman/Supervisor to join our team at Omni Coating Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of cement finishers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the planning and execution of cement finishing projects from start to finish.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all cement finishing work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety
    • Develop and implement health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular safety training and inductions for team members.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in cement finishing or a related field
