Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finishing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Omni Coating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cement finishing process, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and managing a team of cement finishers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the cement finishing process, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Supervise a team of cement finishers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings, understanding project requirements and specifications.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, managing inventory and resources effectively.
  • Work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and clients.
  • Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Team player, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in cement finishing or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Team player.
Work Environment
