About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher Foreman/Woman to join our team at Omni Coating Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and execute cement finishing tasks
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cement finishers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in cement finishing
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
Work Environment

Relocation costs not covered by employer. Work setting includes installation, restoration, and other related tasks.
