Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher Foreman to join our team at Omni Coating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and restoration of cement finishes, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and requisitioning materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of cement finishers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and execute cement finishing projects.
  • Coordinate the requisitioning and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in cement finishing.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example.

Work Environment:

  • Relocation costs not covered by employer.
  • Installation and restoration of cement finishes.
