About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher Foreman to join our team at BuildCo Contracting Ltd. As a Cement Finisher Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the cement finishing operations on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cement finishers and other construction personnel
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues that may arise
  • Recruit, train, and develop the skills of cement finishers and other construction personnel
  • Coordinate the ordering and requisition of materials and equipment
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in cement finishing or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy and at-heights environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
