We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Intel GmbH. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Group (SMG), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with retailers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management within the Information Communication Technology and Retail sectors. A bachelor's degree is required, and 5+ years of experience in a similar field is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage retailer relationships and develop retailer business plans to drive product placement and market share growth
- Develop and maintain effective strategic partnerships with retailers to shape demand generation, promotional opportunities, and brand advocacy programs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute retailer expansion programs
- Share partner feedback to improve Intel's product offerings
- Track competitor activities, account history, emerging trends, and capitalize on changing opportunities
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and drive sales through the retail channel
- Support go-to-market campaigns, presales, and training programs to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including data analysis tools
