Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AZ/DZ Truck Driver to join our team at our Blind River, ON site operations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient collection of waste and recycling materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a commercial vehicle to collect waste and recycling materials from designated routes
  • Ensure that all collections are completed in accordance with established company policies and contract obligations
  • Perform daily pre and post trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Complete daily routes as assigned by the Route Supervisors
  • Satisfy customer needs for service
  • Perform end of day driver check-ins to ensure complete and accurate paperwork completion
  • Ensure assigned routes are completed in a timely and safe manner

Requirements

  • AZ/DZ License
  • Experience in driving in the city
  • Proven ability to multi-task & ability to prioritize tasks
