About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 16-20 employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage restaurant operations, track sales, and analyze data.
    • Operate a point of sale system to process transactions and manage inventory.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
    • Stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer demands.

    • Demonstrate accurate and reliable work habits, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
