- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that we stay within our financial targets and make adjustments as needed.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
