Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team at GLONEX CANADA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, resolving work problems, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and operations teams.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
