Job Title: Professional Services Consultant

At Trantor Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and operationalize Palo Alto Networks NGFW security solutions for our customers
  • Provide guidance on integrating our products into customers' operational workflows and networks, following best practice-based methodologies
  • Proactively identify and communicate project status, risks, and issues with the Professional Services Project Manager
  • Interact with TAC to troubleshoot and diagnose support cases
  • Ability to work on a team or lead a team depending on the specified project
  • Other tasks and duties as needed to support the customer and/or business
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing security solutions in large environments
  • Detailed technical experience in the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operations of high-end firewall appliances, ideally Palo Alto Networks products
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
  • Aptitude to effectively juggle and manage many different tasks simultaneously
  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent education/training/experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience migrating other vendors to Palo Alto using either Expedition or Automation
  • Strong expertise in Python automation
