About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Manager to join our team at Trantor Inc.

As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for providing deployment, configuration, and operational services for our customers relating to Palo Alto Networks products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in deploying, optimizing, and operationalizing our NGFW security solutions into their networks
  • Provide guidance on integrating our products into their operational workflows and networks following best practice-based methodologies
  • Proactively identify and communicate project status, risks, and issues with the Professional Services Project Manager
  • Interact with TAC to troubleshoot and diagnose support cases
  • Ability to work on a team or lead a team depending upon the specified project
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing security solutions in large environments
  • Detailed technical experience in the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operations of high-end firewall appliances, ideally Palo Alto Networks products
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
  • Aptitude to effectively juggle and manage many different tasks simultaneously
  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent education/training/experience
