Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at King Tandoori Bar and Grill. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Employee Relations

Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Recruitment and Hiring

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and hire the best candidates for our team.

Training and Development

Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, and manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Payroll Administration

Oversee payroll administration, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.

Employee Engagement

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Conditions

Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Work Environment

Language

English is the primary language of communication in our workplace.

Hours of Work

40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
