Job Title: Retail Store Team Lead

Ultramar is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Authorize payments, returns, and inventory management.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including stock levels and ordering.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Point of sale system knowledge and basic computer skills.
