We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Service Coordinator to join our team at Plan Group.

As a Technical Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, generating quotations in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), sourcing required parts, and monitoring the invoicing process. You will work closely with the Account Executive to leverage your excellent communication and leadership skills to drive results.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related industry experience, preferably in the electrical trade. Strong attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems are essential. A background in SAP is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed documentation upon request to effectively resolve client inquiries.
  • Complete accurate data entry of pertinent client information into Jonas to maintain up-to-date client profiles used to develop and modify Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Aid in the development of the monthly maintenance schedule to ensure conservation of client equipment and satisfaction of SLAs.
  • Generate simple quotations for clients to provide a scope of work for recommendations or in response to RFPs.
  • Assist the Purchasing department when necessary to obtain pricing for required parts.
  • Effectively monitor the invoice creation and delivery process and provide support when necessary to ensure timely billing of clients.
  • Effectively communicate with clients disputing invoices to resolve or explain real or perceived discrepancies.
