About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Strategist to join our team at BRP. As a key player in our digital transformation, you will lead end-to-end digital projects with a focus on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to build lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Identify business opportunities to increase customer experience and upsell opportunities.
  • Map untapped opportunities and define a multi-channel approach to improve CRM strategies.
  • Recommend potential boosting tactics and lead the end-to-end strategy (acquisition, retention, upsell & repurchase).
  • Use data to define KPIs and goals across different segments, identify trends, and deepen consumer knowledge.
  • Optimize CRM program to deliver upon overall objectives.
Working with Our Team

You will work closely with our digital and brand marketing teams to gather brand, e-commerce, omnichannel, and CRM objectives. Together, you will build recommendations, plan the best path to achieve goals, and bring plans to stakeholders for influence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in customer relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in marketing automation (multi-channels).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and market trends.
  • Knowledge of Adobe campaign solution or Salesforce required.
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Eager to engage and innovate.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with different divisions of the organization.
  • Good communicator.
  • Great problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize work and to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to lead medium-scale projects.
