Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing projects under the direction of the Director, Growth Marketing & Lead Generation.
  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns in CRM, including building customer journeys, segmentation, and automated lead nurturing (drip campaigns).
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist to create and promote content through digital channels.
  • Manage event logistics, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Coordinate the production of creative assets and marketing collateral.
  • Work with team members to analyze data and report on marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, business, communication).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in event planning preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS.
  • Intermediate graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to tackle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
