Experience the thrill of traveling through breathtaking scenery on the Rocky Mountaineer, a luxurious, first-class passenger train traversing the Canadian Rockies. We are seeking exceptional Servers to provide service excellence to our onboard guests and champion our values and culture.

As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service and life-changing experiences for our guests. This includes creating an environment where guests feel welcomed, engaged, and valued by anticipating their needs, being attentive, and providing a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Prepare and deliver beverage, meal, and snack services per established standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and crew.
  • Adhere to all safety and security standards.

Requirements

  • Serving It Right (SIR) certification required.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, German, Spanish, and French considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in a full-dining establishment desired.
