Bilingual Home Improvement Service Representative

Lifestyle Home Products is a leading manufacturer and provider of Sunrooms, Windows and Doors. We are seeking a Bilingual Home Improvement Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to English and French-speaking customers via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Assist customers in their preferred language with inquiries about products, services, installations, and warranties.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including explaining product features, pricing, and financing options.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations, installations, and service calls in both English and French.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service history in the company database.
This role pays between $22.00-$25.00 an hour based on experience.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual skills in English and French.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
