Home Improvement Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Lifestyle Home Products, a leading manufacturer and provider of Sunrooms, Windows, and Doors, is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.50-$26.00 based on experience.
Job Description- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to English and French-speaking customers via phone, email, and online Google meets, addressing inquiries about products, services, installations, and warranties in the customer's preferred language.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultations, installations, and service calls in both English and French, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
- Payment and Documentation: Process deposits for sales and appointment scheduling, ensuring all customer documentation is accurate and clearly explained in both languages.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with English-speaking and French-speaking teams to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating recurring customer issues or trends to the management team for process improvement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong product knowledge and be able to educate customers on benefits, maintenance tips, and customization options in both English and French.
