- Manage Contracts and Documents: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Set Up and Maintain Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure that all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
- Prepare Correspondence and Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
