Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Golden Parrots Pub & Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Staff Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
