Security Supervisor

Challenger Security Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security services and overseeing the activities of our security personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate Activities: Work with other departments and units to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are functioning properly and make recommendations for maintenance and upgrades.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support our security operations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
