Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Challenger Security Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate work schedules and activities with other departments to ensure seamless operation.
Equipment MaintenanceEnsure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Reporting and DocumentationPrepare and submit progress reports, and maintain accurate records of activities and tasks.
Supply Chain ManagementProcure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Training and DevelopmentTrain and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Supervision and LeadershipSupervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, and provide guidance and support as needed.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work 40 hours per week is essential.
