Job Title: Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Montreal and Central US territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed budget objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present price lists, quotations, and contracts to customers, negotiating prices and terms.
  • Manage customer orders, from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service and Technical Support, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Travel to customer sites, Montreal office, and other locations as required to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the flexographic printing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Bilingual (French/English) with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
