The Queen's Elite Academy of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, this role plays a critical role in driving business success through strategic operational planning and execution.

About the Role

This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in organizational analysis, operational methods research, and corporate development planning. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of quality management and quality assurance standards, as well as experience in conducting research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide expert advice on managerial methods and organization of an establishment.
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to drive business excellence.
  • Conduct thorough research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Promote process improvements, system enhancements, and procedure optimizations to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead the re-organization of operations to align with business objectives and strategies.
  • Oversee the development of effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote business goals.
  • Direct and advise staff on service quality assessment strategies to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer

The Queen's Elite Academy of Canada offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and parking, we also offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
