Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure efficient operations.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, as well as respond to emergency situations.
  • Process and transmit information to coordinate activities using dispatching equipment.
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses related to vehicle operations.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities to maximize productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must have a college diploma or equivalent experience.
