Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Monde Development Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and resolve conflict situations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
