Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
