We are seeking a Team Lead - Retail to join our team in Cambridge, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service. You will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and managing team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
