Operations Team Lead

As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and engaging them during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Our fulfillment network launches new Operations sites every year, providing various opportunities for professional growth.
The estimated salary for this role in Canada is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
This leadership position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to support, mentor, and motivate your team. You will also be responsible for managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, as well as collaborating with all support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives.
