Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, including crop production, farm safety, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Production: Organize and coordinate crop production activities, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, and maintain quality control and production records.
  • Machinery and Equipment: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, and perform general farm duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
