- Manage Financial and Production Records: Maintain accurate financial and production records, including quality control and production records.
- Coordinate and Supervise Farm Workers: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain Work Records and Logs: Maintain work records and logs, including hours worked and tasks completed.
- Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train staff as needed to ensure the efficient operation of our farm.
- Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- English language
