Farm Supervisor Job Description

Birak Berry Farms Ltd is seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our farm, including crop production, farm safety, and labor management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve farm objectives
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and laborers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties as required
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
