Key Responsibilities:- Crop Management: Develop and implement effective crop management plans to optimize crop yields and quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train farm staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all farm equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of crop production, farm operations, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in farm operations or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
