Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Brick. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates and support staff
    • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
    • Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
    • Ensure a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced retail environment
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
