Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Brick. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Assign tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
    • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
    • Skills
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
