Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Inventory Management
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of a clean, safe, and secure store environment.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Performance Management
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and bend, crouch, or kneel is also required.
