Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Brick. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates and management staff
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee daily store operations, including sales floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
    • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Inventory and Loss Prevention
    • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records
    • Implement and maintain effective loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with store staff, management, and corporate teams to ensure seamless store operations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
