About the Role:
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Therapeutic Body Worker plays a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Registered Massage Therapist who shares our passion for delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide manual therapy treatments to clients, including massage, stretching, and joint mobilization to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
• Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Network to promote Lifemark's RMT programs and maintain strong relationships with community partners.
Requirements:
• Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Registered Massage Therapists.
• Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and ongoing education.
