We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team at SPECS EXPRESS.

About the Role

This permanent, part-time position offers 33-35 hours of work per week, providing a great work-life balance. As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, ensuring timely meetings and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support our daily operations.
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed.
Requirements
  • A secondary school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
