We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support to our team at AJIT TRANSPORT INC. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing information systems, and ensuring seamless project execution.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with excellent written communication skills to join our dynamic team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and relaying messages in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up manual and computerized filing systems to optimize productivity
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • A permanent employment contract with a guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Judgement, organization, and time management skills to ensure successful project execution
  • A team player attitude, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $50,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
