About the Role: As a Vendor Business Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the financial performance of the Broadcom product line. Your role will focus on profit and loss (P&L) management, forecasting, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. You will serve as a key point of contact for Broadcom, building strong vendor relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the success of our sales teams.

Position Level: This role could be classified as Level I or II depending on business needs and the candidate's skill level. This job description is reflective of a Vendor Business Manager II.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and continuously evaluate the P&L for Broadcom's vendor line, identifying areas for financial improvement and ensuring we meet or exceed revenue targets, Net GM%, and Net GM$.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for Broadcom products and services, ensuring effective inventory management to meet customer demand and drive sales growth.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that promote Broadcom products, identify new business opportunities, and support our shared growth goals.
  4. Analyze market data and conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and areas for growth.

Requirements:

  1. The ideal candidate is local to our Mississauga, ON office, capable of working on a hybrid schedule, and exhibits a strong desire to achieve great outcomes.
  2. 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally with exposure to product or vendor management.
  3. Strong ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges, with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and evolving business needs.
  5. Ability to thrive in a professional office setting or remote in a hybrid work environment, depending on business needs.
