Position Level: This role could be classified as Level I or II depending on business needs and the candidate's skill level. This job description is reflective of a Vendor Business Manager II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and continuously evaluate the P&L for Broadcom's vendor line, identifying areas for financial improvement and ensuring we meet or exceed revenue targets, Net GM%, and Net GM$.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for Broadcom products and services, ensuring effective inventory management to meet customer demand and drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that promote Broadcom products, identify new business opportunities, and support our shared growth goals.
- Analyze market data and conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and areas for growth.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is local to our Mississauga, ON office, capable of working on a hybrid schedule, and exhibits a strong desire to achieve great outcomes.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally with exposure to product or vendor management.
- Strong ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges, with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and evolving business needs.
- Ability to thrive in a professional office setting or remote in a hybrid work environment, depending on business needs.
