Production Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Head to join our team at MTU Maintenance Canada Ltd. in the Aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Direct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Leadership: Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques, and oversee the training process.
- Process Improvement: Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budgets, and oversee the financial aspects of the production process.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth production and meet customer demands.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Windows, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
- Industry Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Aerospace industry, with a focus on Aviation.
- Travel and Work Conditions: Be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and possess strong attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate strong judgement, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills, and possess a strong sense of values and ethics.
