About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 0941999 B.C. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.

  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
