Position Overview

The Head Installer will oversee the installation team responsible for replacing PVC windows and doors at various residential sites. This position demands prior experience in personnel management and a solid background in construction.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Physically fit to handle and transport heavy materials
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Must be a resident of the Greater Vancouver area
  • Fluency in English is essential
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee the installation operations
  • Assign and manage tasks within the Installation Team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
  • Contribute to site cleanup efforts
  • Uphold client satisfaction and maintain high-quality standards
